Fishermen love bonitos.
“The bonito is a (expletive) fish,” Kit Munroe said. “We all cuss them things all year long.” OK, fishermen love bonitos only one day a year: during the Treasure Coast Bonito Blast that’ll be on Aug 23. Munroe co-founded the Port Salerno fishing tournament that benefits the Wounded Warriors of South Florida, which is not associated with the Jacksonville-based Wounded Warrior Project.
